Senior Care Partners was founded with the goal of helping families understand and develop the right expectations of Senior Housing. After working in senior housing, we found seniors, and their loved ones were not set up to succeed and were often unhappy. This leads to moving seniors again, uprooting them once again, or putting loved ones into a community which lacks quality. We set out to create a company which prompts long-term success for our clients and their loved ones to enjoy all senior housing has to offer.

With over a decade experience in senior care, my wide range of experience allows me to give a complete and transparent picture to you, helping you make the best decisions possible. With experience as the Executive Director of several assisted living and memory care communities, a care management director of an in-home care company, and sales and marketing experience in a skilled nursing facility, I understand the fine details that go into each care option.
My experience in senior housing and in-home care allows me to help navigate our clients more nimbly through a process that can be overwhelming and to help provide peace of mind.

Linda is a seasoned social work and marketing professional with over three decades of experience specializing in skilled and private duty home care as well as all levels of senior living communities. Passionate about making a difference, rooted from personal experience with her own parents and grandparents, she is dedicated to assisting seniors and families like yours in transitioning to supportive and enriching senior communities.
Known for her empathetic approach and unwavering dedication, Linda thrives to foster communication and connections that ensure seniors find communities where they can thrive and feel at home. Her goal is to share her knowledge and provide support throughout the journey while you make important decisions regarding care for yourself or your loved ones. Throughout her career, Linda has developed a keen understanding of the unique needs and concerns of seniors, bringing both strategic insight and a personal touch to her work. Her ultimate goal as your advisor is to make a meaningful difference both to you and those you love and give you peace of mind that you have made the right decision for care.
Amanda Chavez

Amanda Chavez is a Senior Placement Advisor for Senior Care Partners, serving families throughout Indiana with trusted guidance and heartfelt support. With a professional background in healthcare admissions—and years spent working directly with seniors and rehabilitation teams—she brings a unique blend of industry expertise and genuine compassion to every family she supports.
Amanda began her career on the inside of senior healthcare, witnessing firsthand the stress families face when trying to understand levels of care, insurance rules, pricing structures, and facility differences. She quickly realized that families needed an advocate who could simplify the process, explain options clearly, and stand beside them during an incredibly emotional transition. That realization sparked her passion for senior placement work.
Today, Amanda helps families explore assisted living and memory care options with confidence. She specializes in creating personalized placement plans that honor each senior’s needs, budget, and personality. Her approach is warm, patient, and deeply relational. Based in Indiana, Amanda combines small-town values with professional expertise. She believes in transparency, honesty, and treating every family like her own. When she’s not serving clients, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband, Diego, building their life in New Castle, and investing in meaningful work that makes a difference in her community.
